COMPANY DESCRIPTION Assandur Brand is a 100% black and female owned entity founded by a South African entrepreneur, Asanda Mjobo Solinjani. The Assandur Brand consists of Wines, MCC & 4 Gin Variants. Our wine collection consists of a Shiraz, a Sauvignon Blanc and an MCC. Our Shiraz spends at least 4 years in oak barrels before release to ensure maturity of the wine, which creates a softness to the palate. Our JOI MCC wine lays in wait & creation for 3 years before we release to our clients – friends of Assandur as we affectionately call them. Our brand aims to bring people together to create, revive as well as encourage meaningful and sustainable loving relations with YOU as an individual firstly, friends, colleagues and families through our product offering. Our products are produced, distilled, bottled and distributed from Hermanus in the Western Cape, South Africa - At a 47 hectares Farm with its own exclusive mountain spring water. We take our time in producing our products, carefully selecting the best ingredients complimented by love and passion for our consumers. We are a proudly South African brand that thinks locally but acting globally, delivering/service to the international market as well.

Infused with ingredient X to colour & give a hint sweetness.

Cherry tobacco palate with a sublime array of dark fruit, balanced with integrated oak intensity, black pepper and a silky vanillin finish. Our Shiraz spends at least 4 years in oak barrels before release which creates a softness to the palate.

Our wines are best consumed next to food to have a perfect meal experience. Our Shiraz is pairs well with read meat i.e. Beef, Lamb Shank or Chops. Red wine can also be enjoyed on its own during events or when hosting visitors.

Sparkling Wine:  JOI MCC is made from carefully selected Pinotage and Chardonnay grapes that were hand-picked early in the harvest season under optimum conditions for the best quality. Only the cuvèe (first pressing) juice was used for this MCC (± first 500 litres per ton). The Pinotage adds a subtle and sophisticated salmon pink hue that blends well with the crisp and firm backbone of the Chardonnay. This MCC was bottled fermented and matured on the lees for 2 years before dègorging.
